Beach Badges, Bath Houses, & Lockers

• Every person must have a Beach Badge when using any of the beaches in Sea Girt during open hours with the following exceptions:
  • Children under age 12
  • Active/Reserve Military Members & Immediate Family (with current military ID)
• Beach Badges may be obtained between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Main Pavilion and at other designated areas along the beachfront. Badges are sold on a only cash basis.
• A fee is charged for Beach Badges in order to provide the highest standard of lifeguard protection and beach maintenance. Lifeguards are on duty daily from 9:15 am to 4:45 pm at designated beaches.
• Seasonal badges are required from Memorial Day weekend and weekends thereafter until June 18, 2011. Badges are required every day from June 18th until Labor Day.
• Senior Badges (age 65 or older) are available at Main Pavilion only with proper identification.
• Active and Reserve members of the military and their immediate families have free access to all beaches. A military ID card must be presented.
• Daily Badges are also required for every person (age 12 and over) without seasonal badges. These badges can be purchased at the Main Pavilion and other designated areas along the beachfront.
• If lost, a new Beach Badge must be purchased at the regular price. Replacement badges will not be issued.

• Bath House Locker fee includes five (5) Seasonal Badges.
