The Borough of Sea Girt Building and Construction Department is responsible for reviewing, processing, approving, and issuing construction applications and permits as well as inspecting and certifying all work. The department ensures compliance with all mandated state and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations through systematic inspections and close tracking of all construction for violations.
