Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) directs the financial management and planning of the Borough of Sea Girt.

The CFO's primary responsibilities are to ensure that the Borough's finances are managed in accordance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, preparation and daily control of the operating budget, preparation of the Capital Improvements Plan, and processing the Borough's payroll and accounts payable functions, development of the completion of an annual audit, and the Borough's compliance with generally accepted accounting and financial reporting procedures, levying and collecting of property taxes, billing and collection of water and sewer revenues, and waste, fraud, and misuse control and prevention.
