Municipal Court

The purpose of the Municipal Court is to keep order and enforce state and municipal laws in the Borough of Sea Girt. The Municipal Court is constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the Rule of Law, and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and Laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey.

2011 Court Calendar

Court convenes at 1:30 pm on the first and third Wednesdays of the month

Starting in 2012 Court will be the third Wednesday of the month.

Tickets can be paid online at the New Jersey Municipal Court Direct (NJMCdirect) website located at www.njmcdirect.com.

NJMCdirect is a division of the New Jersey Judiciary website. NJMCdirect is the fast, secure, and convenient way to access traffic ticket information and pay fines online. In order to access ticket information online, the traffic ticket and license plate numbers must be readily available.

Payments can only be made online during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday	7:30 am - 11:45 pm
Friday	7:30 am - 10:45 pm
Saturday	7:30 am - 3:45 pm
Sunday	1:00 pm - 11:45 pm
