2020 Sea Girt Seasonal Beach Badge Information

Beach Badges that were ordered prior to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, May 20 can be picked up this Saturday, May 23 at Sea Girt Borough Hall from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. No season badges will be sold during the holiday weekend.

LIMITED DAILY PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AT THE FOLLOWING ENTRY POINTS ONLY: THE PAVILION AT BEACON BOULEVARD; NEW YORK,  PHILADELPHIA AND TRENTON BOULEVARD ENTRANCES.  Limit is 4 badges per person (CASH ONLY). Daily passes are only valid for the day of purchase

Adult Beach Badge Sales has been extended.The sale of RED* temporary Season Badges will resume Wednesday, May 27 at 9:00 am online only, through CommunityPass. These badges are limited in number; will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and sales will be limited to 10 badges per household.

*The RED temporary badge is valid for use for the near term that you must exchange for a valid 2020 season badge (see picture above) at a later date.

After you purchase your badges online you will receive the following 2 emails.

EMAIL # 1 - Please NOTE that this email is ONLY a receipt that your transaction is being PROCESSED. Your Badges are NOT READY FOR PICK UP YET. Please WAIT until you receive your NEXT email that will state," your badges have been fulfilled and are available for pick-up."

EMAIL # 2 - Your Beach Badges have been fulfilled and are now available for pick-up weekends only at the Sea Girt Pavilion Beach Office at the east end of Beacon Blvd.

There are a limited number of senior citizen season badges (age 65 and over only) that are also available on CommunityPass. You can access CommunityPass through the Borough’s website on the Home page, top left menu, last item in the list.

The Boardwalk will be closed;

Bathroom facilities will be open with social distancing enforced; facilities will be closed on a periodic basis for cleaning. Outdoor showers will be open; water fountains will not be available;

Social distancing guidelines will be enforced on the beach and at entry points. Beach capacity will be monitored and access may be restricted if the beach is too crowded;

The concession stand will be closed.

All policies will be reevaluated and appropriate changes made if necessary as the season progresses. Our goal is to maintain a safe environment for all residents, beach patrons and staff.
