Land Development Application
The Planning & Zoning application process requires the submission of a Land Development application for Board consideration and Board action.
The Land Development application (with instructions and fees) can be obtained from the Borough Clerk's Office located in Borough Hall, or you may also download the application (with instructions and fees) via the link below.

Application Fees
Please Note: In the event the Planning & Zoning Board determines that proper consideration of an application pending will require it to make extraordinary expenditures including, but not limited to legal, engineering, planning or other professional expenses the Board may require a deposit be made by the applicant in the sum sufficient to cover the cost of such expenses, in increments of $1,000.00, which sum shall be deposited in the Municipal Trust Account. Any unexpended portions of such deposits shall be returned to the applicant.
