What is the beach access policy for active duty armed forces members?

All "active duty" Armed Forces, National Guard & National Guard Reserves of any branch of the military and their families will be offered "free" beach access. You must present a valid military ID card for free entry to the beach. Free access is also provided for 100% disabled individuals with proper ID.
